Can the overlay include our event branding or sponsor logos?+
Yes. All packages include a custom-branded overlay. Premier packages support full custom design including sponsor logos, event colours, and formal typography. We send a proof for approval before the event, typically within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation.
Will it work at a hotel ballroom or licensed venue?+
Yes. Klik is fully self-powered. No venue electricity or WiFi required. We coordinate with your venue in advance and can provide all necessary event insurance documentation. The robot is compact and operates quietly, which makes it suitable for all licensed event spaces.
Can it be paused during speeches or award presentations?+
Always. We run the operation in sync with your event schedule. We'll coordinate the run-of-show with you in advance and brief the operator on exactly when to pause. The robot will stay still and silent during any formal moment you want undisturbed.
How does digital delivery work for guests?+
At the moment of capture, guests enter their phone number or email on a touchscreen and receive their digital photo within seconds, before the robot has moved to the next table. They can post immediately, share with their table, or keep it for later. No app download required.
Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?+
No minimum. We've operated at intimate dinners of 30 and full-scale galas of 500+. At larger events, we advise on the right package duration to ensure full coverage. Get in touch with your headcount and we'll make a specific recommendation.
What does the post-event gallery include?+
Every photo from the night, in full resolution, delivered in a private online gallery within 48 hours of the event. Organisers can download the complete archive. For fundraising and charity events, this often becomes a valuable donor stewardship asset.
