How does the robot actually work at an event? +
The robot navigates your event space autonomously, approaching guests and displaying a live camera preview on its screen. Guests can see exactly how they look before the photo is taken — no surprises. It prints the photo on the spot and sends a digital copy instantly.
Does it need someone to operate it? +
The robot is largely autonomous but we do monitor it throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our attendant is on-site for setup, teardown, and any issues that arise. You and your guests don't need to worry about a thing.
What's included in the print cost — is it really unlimited? +
Yes — every package includes unlimited prints for the duration of your booking. We bring enough paper and ink for your full event. There's no per-print charge or surprise fees at the end.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to guarantee your date. Popular dates fill fast — a deposit secures your date immediately.
Do you travel outside the GTA? +
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area. Travel outside GTA is available with a travel surcharge — reach out for a custom quote and we'll work something out.
